One of the primary objectives of Catholic education is the development of Christian leadership. Responsibilities of citizenship are an important part of the students’ education. Through their participation on the Student Council, students learn responsibility, develop school spirit, and are given opportunities for the development of leadership skills. The student government program also provides service to the school, church, and community. Student Council is comprised of elected members in Grades 6-8 for the executive board, with elected representatives in Grades1-8. The Executive Board has weekly meetings and class representatives are often invited to attend these meetings.
